Returns Policy
We would love our customers to be happy and completely satisfied with their products purchase. If you have any concerns, please follow the process outlined below:
Damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent products – If you have accidentally received the incorrect product, your product has a fault, or it has arrived in an unsatisfactory manner, please let us know within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@sallygrantholisticskinhealth.com.au stating your name, invoice number, reason for return and a photo of your product.
Adverse Reactions- In the rare case you have a reaction to any of our products, please email us at hello@sallygrantholisticskinhealth.com.au stating your name, invoice number, products used and a detailed description of what has occurred including photos of reaction. Products should be no more than ¼ used and within 30 days from the purchase date.
Changed your mind? We are happy to offer you a credit when a change of mind occurs. These products must be UNOPENED and within 14 days from the purchase date. Please email us at hello@sallygrantholisticskinhealth.com.au stating your name, invoice number, photo of products and reason for return.
Once we have received your email, we will be in contact with you regarding your concern. Credits, refunds or replacement products will assessed case by case and at the discretion of Sally Grant Holistic Skin Health.
Please do not send products back to us unless your return has been approved by Sally Grant Holistic Skin Health. We do not reimburse return postage costs unless the product being returned is due to an error of Sally Grant Holistic Skin Health.
